We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
We endeavour to ship your item/s within 3-5 working days with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days.
We use a number of couriers to ensure your orders are delivered swiftly. We charge £3.50 for standard delivery, however additional charges may incur depending on the item. This will be calculated at the checkout.
Please note that due to the pandemic order times may vary but we will do are upmost to fulfil your order within the given timeframe.
We do not take responsibility if the delivery address has been input incorrectly, or the delivery has been missed, rearranged or not collected from the depot.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
If there is any damage or missing parts from the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit/debit card company as it may take some time before your refund comes through.

Only full priced items can be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
